It is recommended that mugs are hand-washed to prevent fading over time even though the sublimation printing process is used due to such high temperatures in a dishwasher.

 

Returns cannot be accepted on personalised mugs. If there is an error on my part or the mug arrives damaged then please contact us and we can arrange a replacement.

With non personalised mugs refunds are available. Customer needs to return the item in the same condition as received and once received back a refund will be sent.
